Shipping Policy

At ZARAMIA AVA we currently ship to the UK, America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand Europe: Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

If you would like to place an order and your country isn’t listed or you need express delivery, please email info@zaramiaava.com for a quote.

All prices on our site are in GBP currency. Your credit /debit card company or Paypal will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders under 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Your order will arrive 4-7 days in the UK after the order is placed. If you order over 2kg your order will be shipped with parcel force Tracked and Signed.

All international orders under 2kg will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, orders over 2kg will be shipped by Parcel Force International Tracked and signed. The length of time it takes for your parcel to arrive will depend on your destination.

When ordering outside of the United kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. ZARAMIA AVA does not have control over these charges, nor can we predict what the charges may be. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest to:

• Provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

• Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.

Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zaramiaava.com and send your item back to us using our mailing address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the sender mailing address it was sent from, this will be stated on your parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
